Why can a model download take time?
AI features use components downloaded separately. Check your connection and free storage, and include the exact status or error message if you contact support.
What should I do about a purchase issue?
Describe the feature and what the app shows. Keep passwords and payment-card details out of your message. If purchase information is needed, support will explain what is relevant.
Does a deletion request erase photos from my phone?
No. The website request concerns support correspondence and reports held by HexiTools. Files and analysis data on your phone are managed in the app or Android settings.
