Request deletion of support messages and reports you previously sent to HexiTools.

How to make a request

  1. Write from the email address you previously used to contact support.
  2. Specify the messages, reports and attachments to delete. Add an explanation if needed.
  3. Send your request to the developer by email.
  4. Wait for the developer to contact that address and confirm the request. Deletion follows the necessary verification; it is not automatic.

What this request covers

Data held by the developer

HexiTools can delete support emails, voluntarily submitted technical reports, attachments and saved copies under its control that are associated with your email address.

Data on your phone

Photos, videos, local indexes and HexiSweep analysis results remain on your device. This request does not delete them remotely. Use the app or Android settings to manage local data.

HexiSweep has no user account of its own. This is a data deletion request, not an account deletion page.

This request does not automatically erase ML Kit diagnostics from Google systems. Requests involving third-party SDKs are reviewed according to the data and supplier mechanisms actually available to the developer.

Retention and verification

Support emails and voluntarily submitted reports are deleted no later than 90 days after the issue is resolved, unless longer retention of particular information is required by law.

This is not a 90-day period after collection and does not mean every deletion request is deferred for 90 days. Your deletion request is reviewed separately.

The developer will contact the specified email address to verify the request before deleting data. This page does not reveal whether correspondence exists for an address.
